Retired Programs

Retired programs are programs and special events that are not currently being offered. Programs and special events can be retired for several reasons, including: not enough people interested, a lack of facilities, or new and improved program offerings. Like several of today’s athletes, once a program is retired, it does not mean the is gone forever. If interests for these programs were to increase or circumstances improve, these programs could be brought out of retirement.

Some benefits of supporting your favorite program or special event can include an opportunity to improve quality of life, reduce stress, receive a sense of adventure, outlets for creativity, lifelines for seniors, connected families, support for our youth, enhanced land and property values, improved physical health and well-being, protection of our environment and open spaces and many, many more.

If you have any interest in the following programs or are interested in a program that we have not offered, please contact our office.
