Special Events
Horry County Parks and Recreation provides our citizens and visitors with the
best opportunity to make new friends, build lasting community relationships and
improve the overall quality of life. HCPR strives to meet the commitment to
excellence by offering special events. Special Events include festivals or one
day programs. Sponsors, partnerships and volunteers are always needed to help
make every Special Event a success.
